一、基本条件

（一）全日制硕士研究生学历，能流利使用英语作为工作语言，年龄不超过40周岁，具有正常履行职责的身体条件，有海外留学教育经历者优先。

二、招聘岗位
（一）海外企业财务总监/财务经理，若干名
岗位职责：
1.参与制定短期及中长期的公司财务决策和战略。
2.负责公司财务制度的管理和制定，包括会计核算管理、税务管理、资金管理和预算管理。
3.根据公司战略发展规划制定预算，并跟踪其执行情况。
4.参与公司重大经营、投融资决策，优化资本结构和资本配置。
5.负责完成上级单位及领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.财会、金融等相关专业全日制研究生学历，特别优秀者，可适当放宽。有注册会计师、ACCA资格者优先。
2.具有大型企业或海外企业三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验者优先，能流利使用英语作为工作语言。
3.熟悉国内外准则差异、国内外金融政策、企业财务制度及流程，精通相关财税法律法规。
4.较强的财务分析、风险控制和资金管理的能力。
5.具备良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。

（二）海外企业业务经理，若干名
岗位职责：
1.从事海外天然橡胶贸易或生产管理等工作。
2.负责海外公司客户管理、期现货交易，或生产现场管理、产品品质控制等具体管理工作。
3.按照所在部门相关业务流程开展业务，并对业务流程逐步优化、提升。
4.做好与国内总部相关部门的业务对接与沟通。
5.完成企业领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.经济学、管理学、农学、工科等相关专业全日制研究生学历，特别优秀者，可适当放宽。具有中级职称或相关职业资格者优先。
2.具有两年以上海外企业工作经历，能流利使用英语作为日常工作语言。
3.在大宗商品期现货交易、生产制造与质量管理等某个模块具有较强的专业素质和一定的实操能力。
4.诚实守信，品行端正，职业素养好，逻辑思维清晰，适应性、可塑性、沟通能力、协调能力、学习能力、执行能力强，愿意接受挑战。
5.工作地点:东南亚、上海、海口等。
（三）战略投资经理，若干名
岗位职责：
1.负责组织收集、研究海外橡胶产业发展态势和政策，提供决策信息。
2.负责海外公司战略管理，组织编制海外公司发展战略及年度经营目标和计划并监督实施。
3.负责做好海外公司经营分析，监督和协调解决海外公司经营过程中出现的重大经营问题。
4.做好国内总部相关部门与国外子公司部门的业务对接与沟通。
5.完成企业领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.经济学、管理学等相关专业全日制研究生学历，具有相关资质证书者优先，具有中级职称或相关职业资格者优先,特别优秀者，可适当放宽。
2.具有两年以上海外企业工作经历，能流利使用英语作为日常工作语言。
3.具有丰富的企业战略管理或运营管理工作经验,战略规划、经营管理、经营分析等某个模块具有较强的专业素质和一定的实操能力。

（四）基地管理经理，若干名
岗位职责：
1.负责组织开展海外企业橡胶种植、管养割等工作。
2.负责海外企业橡胶生产标准的制定，组织定期不定期生产检查，确保完成橡胶生产任务。
3.负责监督和协调解决海外公司橡胶种植、生产环节中出现的重大问题和风险。
4.做好国内总部相关部门与国外子公司部门的业务对接与沟通。
5.完成企业领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.农学等相关专业全日制研究生学历，具有相关资质证书者优先，具有中级职称或相关职业资格者优先,特别优秀者，可适当放宽。
2.具有两年以上海外企业工作经历，能流利使用英语作为日常工作语言。
3.具有丰富的农业生产工作经验,熟悉多种农作物生长特点和作业标准，熟悉橡胶生产者优先。
4.具有较强的实操能力、总结分析能力、良好的文字表达能力和吃苦耐劳精神，责任心强。
5.工作地点:东南亚、非洲、上海、海口等。

Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.

3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.

Qualification:

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.

Qualification:
